FAQs

+ Where do you ship? How much does it cost?

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of the order. We are not responsible for any duties/fees incurred with international shipments.

+ Will my order come with tracking? 

Yes, all orders will have a tracking number. You will easily be able to track your order by this number when your order has been fulfilled/shipped.

+ What is your refund policy?

+ Will there be taxes added to my order?  

We are required by law to charge a 4% sales tax on orders shipped to New York State addresses. We also charge a 7% sales tax on orders shipped to California where our manufacturer is located.

+ How long will it take to receive my order? 

All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days as they are individually made for each customer (made to order) and shipped from Los Angeles. If you live within the U.S., you can expect to receive your order within 5 business days after it has been shipped. Generally, it takes about 3-4 days after it has been shipped. International orders can take up to 14 business days to receive after shipment. 

+ Which shipping method(s) do you use?

We ship our orders via USPS (main source) but there will be FedEx shipments possible depending on the weight of your order. Heavier orders will likely be shipped via FedEx.

+ What does "made to order" mean?

It simply means as soon as you place an order, it is created according to your purchase. Most larger companies have bulk inventory in hand already but smaller companies like this one create the product according to the needs of the customer to prevent wasted inventory. 

+ How are your shirts made? And how is the quality?

We use the Direct to Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create excellent photo-quality images on our shirts with maximum detail in the design. We use the Brother GT 381 printer, one of the best printers to do this particular job.

+ Can I make changes to my order after it's been submitted?

Changes to all orders need to be made within 2 hours so we can best accommodate the request. After that, it may not be granted.

+ How often do you give discounts?

Discounts are given regularly at the shop. We have full shop sales as well as collection sales. The best way to know about our sales and promotions is to follow us on social media (the links are provided in the footer of the shop) and by joining our mailing list! 

 + What is the size reference for your t-shirts? And what brand of shirts do you use?

We are currently using American Apparel. American Apparel is a very reputable t-shirt brand specializing in 100% cotton and cotton/poly blend shirts with a long-lasting durability. The size chart is located in the product descriptions.
